This past Saturday, East End Taste, led by founders Vanessa Gordon and Edberg Espinoza, proudly partnered with Porsche Southampton to produce what is believed to be one of the first dedicated luxury wellness experiences hosted at a Porsche dealership in The Hamptons.

The event brought together wellness enthusiasts, luxury lifestyle consumers, automotive enthusiasts, and members of the Hamptons community for a unique evening that seamlessly blended movement, mindfulness, design, performance, and automotive heritage.


Set against the backdrop of one of the world's most iconic automotive brands, guests experienced an elevated yoga session inside the dealership showroom, creating a memorable environment where wellness and luxury intersected.

The wellness experience was led by Sara Colletti of Just Sculpted, who guided guests through an energizing Pilates mat class designed to build strength, alignment, and mind-body connection. The evening was further elevated by a curated group of wellness, beauty, and lifestyle partners, including Casper’s Caviar, Gaiam, WHB Nail Spa, Drift Wellness, Eva Entertainment, Organic Edge, Graze Craze, Just Sculpted, Fleurit Parfums, and ELASTEN.


A standout brand partner, ELASTEN brought a beauty-from-within element to the experience. Known as Germany’s leading drinkable collagen brand, ELASTEN offers ready-to-drink collagen ampoules formulated with collagen peptides and selected micronutrients, aligning beautifully with the event’s focus on longevity, self-care, and elevated daily rituals.

A highlight of the evening was the presentation of the latest Porsche 911, a vehicle that continues to define the sports car category more than six decades after its introduction.
