For three evenings only, DUNE by Jean-Georges at The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort, Bahamas will take over Jean-Georges at Topping Rose House for a special culinary experience titled A Taste of Paradise.

Taking place June 12–14, 2026, the dinner series brings together two celebrated Jean-Georges restaurants — one rooted in the relaxed glamour of Paradise Island, the other in the seasonal rhythm of the Hamptons.

A Natural Hamptons-to-Bahamas Connection

At Topping Rose House, the dining experience is the epitome of Hamptons luxury: polished but relaxed, seasonal, and deeply connected to local farms, fishermen, and East End ingredients. At DUNE, the setting is oceanfront and transportive, with dishes inspired by the flavors, ingredients, and spirit of The Bahamas.

Together, the collaboration offers a rare chance to experience the warmth of Paradise Island without leaving Bridgehampton.

Signature DUNE Dishes in the Hamptons

For the takeover, the chef will prepare a menu of signature DUNE specialties, bringing bright coastal flavors and island-inspired dishes to the East End.

Guests can expect dishes that feel fresh, elegant, and summery — the kind of food that makes sense on a warm June evening in the Hamptons. Dishes like seafood-forward plates, tropical notes, refined Jean-Georges technique, and cocktails lean into the feeling of an ocean escape.

The menu will be offered à la carte, making it easy to stop in for a few dishes and drinks or settle into a full dinner experience.

The Hamptons has no shortage of summer dining moments, but this one feels especially fitting for the season.

There is something particularly appealing about a restaurant from The Ocean Club — one of the Caribbean’s most iconic resorts — arriving in Bridgehampton just as summer begins. It brings that sense of travel, ease, and warm-weather indulgence that East End diners are often looking for in June.

It is also a thoughtful pairing: two Jean-Georges destinations, two coastal settings, and one menu designed to bring the best of both worlds together.
