The Objective
East End Taste mobilized its Hamptons production network in less than one week to help bring Medicube’s skincare platform to life through an immersive waterfront wellness experience at Montauk Yacht Club.
Designed for beauty editors, digital creators and industry tastemakers, the activation connected physical recovery, body-focused wellness and skincare within one cohesive guest journey.
The Challenge
Medicube’s “From Body Core to Face Core” platform connects full-body wellness with facial skincare. The challenge was to translate that positioning into a physical experience that felt natural to Montauk, encouraged product discovery and created meaningful opportunities for editorial conversation and creator-led content.
East End Taste joined the project less than one week before the activation. The compressed schedule required immediate access to trusted local providers, decisive production management and close coordination among the venue, wellness professionals, rental partners and branded-element vendors.
Although substantial sourcing, scheduling and logistical decisions were completed within the final days before the event, the guest-facing experience needed to feel polished, relaxed and effortless.

The Strategy
Working from Medicube’s established campaign direction, East End Taste organized the local execution around three priorities.
Connect Body Wellness With Skincare
Each experiential element reinforced the progression from body-focused recovery to face-focused skincare. The wellness services were not treated as unrelated amenities; they became physical expressions of Medicube’s larger brand narrative.
Activate Local Production Infrastructure
East End Taste drew on its network of Hamptons and East End professionals to rapidly source specialized providers, equipment, production support and local logistics resources.
This established network allowed the team to move quickly while maintaining professional standards across contracting, scheduling, insurance documentation, delivery and onsite coordination.
Designed for Editors and Creators
The experience needed to work operationally, visually and editorially. Guest flow, treatment placement, product visibility, branded installations and waterfront sightlines were coordinated to encourage participation, photography, conversation and organic product discovery.

The Experience
The activation unfolded on the lawn at Montauk Yacht Club, with the waterfront setting providing a natural backdrop for a morning centered on beauty, recovery and wellness.
Guests moved through activations reflecting the transition from body care to facial skincare. A branded cold plunge created a high-impact recovery moment, while two licensed wellness professionals provided lymphatic treatments aligned with the activation’s body-care narrative.
Treatment stations, product displays and branded elements returned the experience to Medicube’s skincare offering, allowing guests to encounter the products organically throughout the morning.
Custom branded hand fans and two display walls extended Medicube’s visual presence across the lawn without overwhelming the waterfront environment or interrupting guest flow.
The final setting appeared intentionally relaxed, but depended on disciplined coordination behind the scenes.

Strategic Impact
The Medicube activation demonstrated the value of having an experienced production partner already embedded in the Hamptons market.
East End Taste’s established relationships with wellness professionals, local vendors and production resources allowed the project to move rapidly from brief to onsite execution. The team prioritized the elements with the greatest guest-facing and brand impact, helping the activation maintain a polished presentation despite its compressed timeline.
The resulting experience connected beauty, wellness, editorial engagement and experiential storytelling within one waterfront setting. Medicube gained a meaningful physical presence in Montauk while invited editors and creators experienced the brand through touchpoints designed to encourage discovery, participation and conversation.
Most importantly, the project illustrated the difference between simply sourcing vendors and providing market-specific production infrastructure.
When a brand needs to activate in the Hamptons, successful execution depends on knowing what is feasible, which local partners can deliver, how to coordinate them and how to make the final experience feel seamless.
